General Assembly Decisions
The WSCF General Assembly makes key decisions for the future of the Federation, particularly focused on identifying the priorities of the Movement’s work over the ensuing four year period (the next WSCF quadrennium).

General Assembly Resolutions
The WSCF General Assembly speaks out on contemporary issues as the collective voice of the World Student Christian Federation. General Assembly resolutions address critical political, economic or systemic issues that affect WSCF’s members in different parts of the world. In some cases WSCF resolutions are directed to the Federation’s own members, the churches and the ecumenical movement.

The situation in Iraq stays the most pressing issue in the Middle East as it needs immediate solutions. Along with the general disastrous social and economic situation in Iraq, the church is suffering as its members, priests and servants are killed and kidnapped.

Being a war torn society, the Middle East region is facing many challenges and constraints due to the permanent wars and conflicts. The people of the Middle East, particularly the Christian minority, are daily threatened and forced to emigrate.
